Seattle Sounders
After losing just one match in their first 13, the Sounders have went on to lose their last two. It hasn’t been all negative, as recent weeks have also seen the rise of striker Raul Ruidiaz. The Peruvian has found his scoring boots in recent weeks, finding the back of the net in each of his last three starts, pushing his goal tally to a team-high six. The striker position has suited Ruidiaz well, who has been played as a winger during his time with the Sounders. Look for the finishing ability of Ruidiaz to earn himself yet another goal in a winnable game for the Sounders.
The Sounders are struggling heading into this one against Montreal. Seattle has lost their last two matches, putting their record at 2-2-2 in their last six matches. Both of those losses came on the road for the Sounders, who have been poor away from home all season. Seattle has a record of 1-3-3 in seven away games, with a winless 0-2-3 record in their last five games away from home.
